Virginia Davis, the Disney legend from Alice in Cartoonland (autograph)

Among the first celebrities to attend our film festival almost 20 years ago was Virginia Davis, a Disney legend. She was live action Alice in those animated Alice in Wonderland/Cartoonland cartoons. She was the first star for Walt Disney, pre-dating Mickey Mouse. She signed a contract (as all celebrities do) and this is that contract with her signature. I recall visiting Walt Disney World a few years ago to see her autograph and photo framed in a gift shop in Disney, with a price tag of $800. Wow!
