ROBERT ARTHUR of THE MYSTERIOUS TRAVELER (autographed checks)

Robert Arthur was the co-writer of such radio thrillers, THE MYSTERIOUS TRAVELER, THE STRANGE DR. WEIRD, and other programs. He also wrote short stories for a number of pulp magazines and what you see here are cancelled checks with his signature on the back of the checks for some of those stories.

TRIVIA

Robert Arthur was also the editor of many Alfred Hitchcock Presents short story anthologies (it was he who wrote Hitchcock's introductions) and wrote a number of the ALFRED HITCHCOCK AND THE THREE INVESTIGATORS books.
